Our new project is a response to the challenge of recent changes in the maritime industry; recent events such as military conflictsand a decline in interest and popularity of the marine profession among young people have led to a significant disruptionof the established stable influx of skilled labor from countries of traditional leaders in the labor market for the maritime industry and a significant reduction over the past few years.

Our partner companies need more skilled personnel, while the need for personnel continues to grow steadily. The changes the sector requires are a natural consequence of its evolution, rapid growth, and the introduction of new technologies. 

Our company sees the solution to the problem of labor shortage in the search for and attraction of talent from new labor markets that are not traditional for the maritime industry, as well as a change in the perception of technology and digitalization and their widespread implementation in the recruitment process.
