  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited among all shore-based and seagoing personnel.
  • Cyber-bullying, defined as the use of modern communication technologies to harass, embarrass, humiliate, or intimidate others, is not tolerated under any circumstances.

2. Transparency and Safety

  • Employees are required to report any identified unsafe acts or events that could impact human health, safety, the environment, or property. Concealing such incidents is strictly forbidden.

3. Professionalism and Impartiality

  • All employees must carry out their duties with professionalism, impartiality, and integrity, demonstrating honesty, fairness, and good faith in all actions.

4. Confidentiality

  • Information related to the company’s operations, projects, reports, or other activities must be treated as confidential. Such information may only be disclosed if it aligns with the company’s commitment to safety, environmental excellence, and transparency, or if it is already publicly available.

5. Anti-Corruption and Bribery

  • Offering, accepting, or soliciting bribes, kickbacks, or improper benefits in any form—direct or indirect—is strictly prohibited. This includes using indirect channels to provide or receive improper advantages with agents, contractors, suppliers, or government officials. Any such attempts must be reported to top management immediately.
